The medical team and professional clinical staff of the Sievering Surgical Clinic are available to provide patients with a superior and compassionate clinical experience. The Clinic encompasses the:

Vascular Disorders

- Venous disorders, including leg ulcers. Persons suffering from chronic venous disease can access specialists to treat their symptoms. The Vein Clinic follows a multispecialised team approach comprising vascular surgeons and angiologists in providing and managing care, including a dedicated follow-up of our patients to be certain that treatment
achieves expected results.

We specialise in the treatment of chronic venous leg swelling, enlarged veins, and poorly healing leg wounds. This service offers comprehensive care in the management of all aspects of venous disease, from the lifelong
care of this problem, through management of any complications.

- Arterial diseases : Peripheral artery disease is a common blood circulatory problem in which narrowed or obstructed arteries do not allow sufficient blood flow to your limbs especially while in movement. This causes symptoms, most notably leg pain when walking (intermittent claudication).

Peripheral artery disease is also likely to be a sign of a more widespread accumulation of fatty deposits in your arteries (atherosclerosis). This condition may be reducing blood flow to other parts of your body like our heart, kidneys and brain, as well as your legs.

Often, you can successfully treat peripheral artery disease by quitting tobacco, exercising and eating a healthy diet.
